Delightful hotel with city views of the garden and absolutely charming staff. Exceptional and incredible English breakfast in the bar.

Brilliant characterful hotel with great value, we had a really great stay. The location seemed brilliant within walking distance of the town where there is a plenty of restaurants.

When I am in Bath, I like staying here. It is a lovely and absolutely charming hotel with perfect view onto the garden. The location of the venue is brilliant, so close to a beautiful, well maintained garden, the christmas market, and a quiet area on the other side of the Avon River. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like Chez Dominique that is only 25 minutes' walk away. At the coffee bar they serve well presented food and drinks.

Our room was en suite and airy with a lovely view and the garden plus very individual decor, just what we needed.

The room was attractively furnished and stylish with great bathroom, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. In general the service was good. Took me 20 minutes to get to train station.

There were en suite, attractively furnished rooms with very nice view, heating, the garden. The service was good, including a friendly check-in. The hotel had a stunning location a minute walk from Guildhall and Banqueting Room Event Venue. Could walk to the train station, just 20 minutes.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a fabulous base for staying in Bath. I recommend this stylish property.

Marvellous location near the shopping area as well as the beautiful back garden and the rugby ground. Besides, very convenient to Bath Golf Club.

The room was very well decorated with garden, unique decor, for instance and the overall experience was very enjoyable short. The breakfast selection was savoury and plentiful with decent portion.

The staff were competent, reasonable location in walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Dined at Tagine Zhor, it was just a short walk away from the venue. I had a private safe, central heating, and an iron in the well-equipped and a nice size room. English breakfast was nice hot and savoury with decent portion.

Everything is perfect here, had a very nice stay for our short visit to Bath. The personnel is incredibly welcoming. The location is great and stunning and they have parking on-site.

We had 2 quiet days here, recommend the place. The hotel was gorgeous and clean, had lovely views of the garden. Our attractively furnished and beautifully designed room was equipped with the basics like a big window, a couch and a dressing table. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was luxurious. Impeccable service, even though a few employees were terrible rude.

An iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV in the room, great location. Really great restaurant and coffee bar on-site.

The breakfast was incredible, with a stunning garden view and the staff was amazingly nice. We spent 2 nights in reasonably large and attractively furnished room with large bed.

Everything was perfectly fine, so were beautiful views of the garden. The room was a nice size, with nice decor and a private safe, central heating, and an iron for our comfort.
